MACRON SHOWING GOLF BAG TO DOG (DOG GETS SCARED AND RUNS AWAY) STORY: Ryder Cup captains Thomas Bjorn and Jim Furyk hit golf balls from the Eiffel Tower on Tuesday (October 17) ahead of next year's Ryder Cup in Paris. Europe captain Bjorn said it was an honour for them to follow in Palmer's footsteps, while U.S. captain Furyk said the pair had had an incredible 48 hours in the French capital, culminating in the breathtaking scenic shots from the iconic Parisian landmark. On Monday, they met French President Emmanuel Macron and presented him with a golf bag. The bag was accepted by Macron although his dog appeared to be scared by the gift, much to the amusement of gathered guests. The Ryder Cup takes place from September 28 - 30 at the Albatros Course, Le Golf National near to Paris.
