Deutsche Bank has reportedly asked for more time to respond to a request from Democrats from a U.S. House of Representatives panel. They sent a letter last month to Deutsche bank CEO John Cryan, seeking details that might show if Trump's loans for his real estate business were backed by the Russian government. One person speaking on the condition of anonymity said Deutsche Bank's external counsel sent a letter on Friday to the Democrats saying it needed more time. Deutsche Bank has declined to comment about any business dealings with Trump.
