And protesters who demanded leaders do MORE to pressure Trump. The president has previously called global warming a hoax. United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says it's anything but. (SOUNDBITE) UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL ANTONIO GUTERRES, SAYING: "The effects of climate change are already being felt around the world and they are dangerous and they are accelerating." Guterres says he intends to convene a climate summit in 2019 to review implementation of the global climate deal. But it appears that the United States, the world's second largest emitter of greenhouse gases, will not be part of it.
