ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. A London restaurant, famous for serving up a sensory experience for more than a decade - allowing diners to experience eating in the dark - is bringing a new concept to the table. Teaming up with music company Audio Network, restaurant Dans le Noir is now offering diners the chance not only to eat in the dark, but listen to bespoke music custom-made for every dish of a five-course menu. Crafted by composer Paul Ressel, who has worked with artists such as Lana Del Rey, the tracks aim to complement a special menu, tailor-made by the restaurant's head chef, Rafaeł Zaremba.
