ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan held talks in Russia's Black Sea coastal city of Sochi on Wednesday (May 3). Erdogan earlier said he would discuss possible operations in Syria's Manbij and Raqqa with Putin. At Wednesday's meeting he said the steps the two leaders take "will change the future of the whole region". The Turkish president is also expected to talk about Russian trade restrictions on Turkey which he wants to be lifted.
