ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama join Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago community leaders to discuss the progress of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago on Wednesday (May 3). Obama's presidential library will be built in Jackson Park in Chicago's South Side. The former president joked by saying, "although we had a formal bidding process to determine where the presidential library was going to be, the fact of the matter was, it had to be right here on the South Side of Chicago." "What we want this to be is the world's premier institution for training young people and leadership to make a difference in their communities, in their countries and in the world," Obama said.
