ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARARTION. Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge William and Catherine arrived at the Elysee Palace on Friday (March 17) to meet French President Francois Hollande. They are in France for an official two-day visit at the request of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Following the visit to the president's residence, the royals will meet with victims and first responders from the 2015 attacks on the Bataclan music venue and other sites in Paris. William and Catherine's itinerary will also include a reception at the British embassy with young French leaders in the arts, sport and fashion, a formal dinner at the residence of Her Majesty's ambassador and attendance at the Wales v France Six Nations rugby game at the Stade de France. Their visit falls during a time of uncertainty and anxiety over Brexit negotiations and the United Kingdom's relationship with other EU countries.
