A makeshift memorial is marking the lives of three women, shot dead in the Finnish town of Imatra around midnight on Saturday. A 23-year-old man was detained at the scene. Police chief investigator Saku Tielenen says the man had a long rifle-type weapon with him, suggesting it was not a coincidence. (SOUNDBITE) (Finnish) POLICE CHIEF INVESTIGATOR, SAKU TIELENEN, SAYING: "He probably had a plan to kill. But who he was planning to shoot, there is no evidence these three women were his targets. He chose the victims randomly." Police say one of the victims was a city councilwoman and the other two were journalists. The shooting remains under investigation.
