Thanksgiving is becoming the new Black Friday with shoppers lining up across the country -- eager to snap up the best deals. Warren Brown says he didn't want to miss out this time. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SHOPPER WARREN BROWN SAYING: "I've been to some stores where I couldn't get a tv and I'd say not even after being after the 50th place in line." For plenty of shoppers its a strategy that pays off. At a Chicago K-mart, plenty of bargain hunters are on hand-- Nevermind Thanksgiving -- Jennifer Rodriguez says it's better to shop before you eat. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SHOPPER JENNIFER RODRIGUEZ SAYING: "Shop now, meal later" Major retailers have been opening earlier and earlier to offset losses to online and e-commerce on Cyber Monday. But no complaints, over at Binney's parking lot the holiday spirit is part of the waiting game as people line up for the highly anticipated release of Bourbon County Brand Stout -- adding new meaning to the holiday spirit.
