Authorities say three people on board the single-engine Piper Cherokee were killed when it crashed into a parking lot at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport shortly after take off. No one on the ground was hurt. But several cars were damaged when the plane landed on top of them. SOUNDBITE: BRIAN KULPIN, VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS AT RENO-TAHOE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, SAYING: "We are coming up with a plan to get people to and from the parking garage and that lot and some of those vehicles will remain in that lot at least over night because there is a debris field there, that makes it part of an active investigation scene." Authorities say the plane was headed to the San Carlos Airport in San Francisco. The victim's identifites have not been released. Investigators are working to figure out what caused the plane to go down.
