ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump continued broad based attacks against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton including chiding her for being "trigger" happy as he made a case for missile defense after talking about the latest nuclear test by North Korea. "Just today we were reminded of the need for missile defense after North Korea performed its fourth nuclear test, and they are getting better....they used to be laughing at them and now all of a sudden step by step, they had their fourth nuclear test," he said. North Korea conducted its fifth and biggest nuclear test on Friday and said it had mastered the ability to mount a warhead on a ballistic missile, ratcheting up a threat that rivals and the United Nations have been powerless to contain. "Now Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State and this is when it all began folks, North Korea, like so many other things is one more Hillary Clinton failure," Trump said He also told a Florida audience, that "She is so protected she could walk into this arena right now and shoot somebody with 20,000 people watching right smack in the middle of the heart and she wouldn't be prosecuted," he said. He called Clinton "an unstable person." Trump also called Clinton, "trigger-happy" while Clinton argued earlier that his proposals would make the world a more dangerous place.
