ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) New York Mayor Bill de Blasio threw his weight behind Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at the convention in Philadelphia on Wednesday. He said Clinton was "right" and "ready" while her rival on the Republican side was unfit for president. "Donald Trump. He's reckless, he's risky, he's wrong, and he's scary," de Blasio said. Speakers in the third night of the Democratic National Convention include Vice President Joe Biden, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, her VP pick Senator Tim Kaine, and U.S. President Barack Obama.
