Members of the Democratic party are pulling together for the start of their convention, amid chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's resignation after thousands of party emails were compromised by a computer hack. Jillian Kitchener reports.

Bowing to pressure Monday, Democratic party chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz agreed she would not be the one to officially kick-off the convention. A day earlier, she resigned. Now members of the party are trying to right their ship... And come up for air after thousands of emails were compromised in a computer hack, suggesting the party leadership had worked to sabotage Sanders' campaign for the nomination. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS, SAYING: "We have got to defeat Donald Trump [crowd applauds] and we have got to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine." The bottom line, says Bernie Sanders, is to make sure Donald Trump stays away from the White House. Sanders supporters in Philadelphia say, they don't like their current options. SOTS: "This is what democracy looks like." While Hillary avoided mentioning the email leak Monday, Donald Trump used it to attack her: (SOUNDBITE) (English) REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE, DONALD TRUMP, SAYING: "She knew everything that was going on. She knew it's a rigged system that Bernie Sanders never had a chance..."
