ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Christian Estrosi, regional president of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azure in France, said the attack on a crowd of people celebrating Bastille Day was premeditated. "A truck with a driver that committed an action that was completely structured and premeditated, which allows us to draw certain conclusions. It seems that he used a weapon out the window, and it was under these circumstances that he was killed," he said. At least 80 people were killed and scores injured when someone drove a truck into a crowd. Counter-terrorist investigators were seeking to identify the driver, who a local government official said opened fire before police shot him dead. The official said weapons and grenades were found inside the 25-tonne, unmarked truck.
