STORY: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov laid flowers outside the French embassy in Moscow on Friday (July 15) in tribute to the victims of a deadly truck attack in Nice. Kerry and Lavrov were met by the French ambassador to Russia Jean-Maurice Ripert. The two also signed a book of condolences inside the embassy building. An attacker plowed a truck into crowds celebrating Bastille Day on the French Riviera on Thursday (July 14), killing at least 84 people in what President Francois Hollande called a terrorist act by an enemy determined to strike all nations that share France's values.
