ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) STORY: Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump accused Democratic rival Hillary Clinton of failing to act to stop the Islamic State when she was Secretary of State. Trump told supporters in Maine that Clinton, "hasn't done anything," as a public official to stop the group. Turkey pointed the finger at Islamic State for a triple suicide bombing and gun attack that killed 41 people at Istanbul's main airport on Tuesday. Trump said that the United States needs to give the group, which he referred to by its acronym, ISIS, "a big, fat, ugly defeat" to take away the perception that it is strong and therefore slow down its recruitment.
