British comedian Lee Nelson interrupts Donald Trump at a news conference in Scotland, offering golf balls bearing swastikas to the presumptive U.S. Republican presidential nominee. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump was in Scotland on Friday (June 24) to reopen a golf resort. As the wealthy New York businessman approached a lectern to speak, a protester, later identified as British comedian Lee Nelson stepped forward to offer golf balls bearing swastikas. "These are the new balls available from the clubhouse, part of the new Trump Turnberry range, and I forgot to hand them out," the unidentified male protester told media at the scene. Nelson was surrounded by security men and removed from the area. Trump was visiting the golf resort in his family's ancestral homeland to showcase his far-flung business empire. His mother was born on Scotland's Isle of Lewis.
