Hillary Clinton wins the final Democratic primary and holds a private meeting with rival Bernie Sanders, which both camps describe as ''positive.'' Linda So reports.
Hillary Clinton arrives at a D.C. hotel for a private meeting with rival Bernie Sanders. This after the former Secretary of State concluded the Democratic presidential race with a win in the D.C. primary. Sanders met with Clinton for about 90 minutes. Both camps describing the meeting as "positive." The two were said to have discussed their shared commitment to stopping presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump. And finding common ground on issues such as raising the minimum wage and making healthcare coverage more accessible. So far, Sanders has resisted pressure to bow out and endorse Clinton. But that could change with the Democratic primary race now officially over. Sanders plans to release a national video Thursday night to address his supporters.
