Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders focused on the issue of healthcare at a rally in California, calling it "inhumane" and "insane" that some people living in the U.S. can't get medical help because they aren't insured.
Speaking at a rally in Emeryville, attended by members of National Nurses United, Sanders said improvements need to be made to the Affordable Care Act, insisting healthcare should be a right not a privilege.
Sanders has been campaigning hard in California ahead of the June 7th primaries.
