ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton took aim at Republican presidential front-runner and presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump's tax plan. Calling it "trickle down economics on steroids," Clinton said Trump's plan was a "billionaire's plan for other billionaires." Speaking at a rally in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a day ahead of that state's Democratic primary, Clinton said Trump's tax plan would "increase the debt of our country, which would raise interest rates, which would suppress economic activity."
