ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Story: Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz launched a bitter attack on his Republican rival, Donald Trump, calling the New York billionaire a "bully", "pathological liar" and "serial philanderer," while making final pitches to Indiana voters as the state holds its presidential primary. And Cruz said Trump is an "amoral" man who will betray his supporters during a stop in Evansville. Cruz is trailing Trump by double digits in Indiana, one of the last big states in the fight to get on the Nov. 8 presidential ballot. Cruz views the state as his golden moment to stop Trump and force a brokered nomination at the convention. He vowed on Monday to "compete to the end," but a loss in Indiana would be particularly crushing for the senator, who has argued that his brand of religious conservatism is a natural draw for heartland Republicans. He won the endorsement of conservative Indiana Governor Mike Pence.
