South Korean President Park Geun-hye casts her ballot in the country's parliamentary election. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) South Korean President Park Geun-hye cast her ballot in the country's parliamentary elections on Wednesday. Her conservative Saenuri Party is expected to regain a majority despite a sluggish economy and a four-year term considered one of the least productive ever. The party enjoys strong support among older voters and it has sought to cement that by emphasizing its tough position on North Korea following a spike in tension triggered by a fourth nuclear test in January and a rocket launch a month later.
