ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Monday they had discussed how NATO can help train and assist troops in Iraq, Jordan and elsewhere fighting Islamic State militants. "This is obviously a tumultuous time for the world. Europe is the focal point for a lot of these stresses and strains in the global security system," Obama told reporters after meeting Stoltenberg in the Oval Office.
