ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former president George W. Bush appears in a new commercial supporting his brother Jeb Bush, who is lagging in the polls of Republican presidential candidates in New Hampshire. Jeb Bush, the one-time front-runner in a large pool of Republican White House hopefuls, had a dismal showing in Iowa this week, where he came in sixth garnering just under 3% of the votes in the all-important, first-in-the-nation caucus. A former Florida governor, Bush, 62, is hoping for a better result in New Hampshire, the state which on Tuesday will hold the country's second nominating contest for the Nov. 8 election to succeed President Barack Obama.
