Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Moscow for two days to attend an annual summit with Russia. Ahead of his departure Modi, sent out a tweet saying: "Our relation with Russia is unique, covering almost every field of human endeavor." The mutual investment between the two countries stands at $11 billion, which India hopes to increase to $30 billion over the next ten years. Modi is expected to promote deals for Russian nuclear reactors and military helicopters worth billions of dollars -- a transfer of technology that Western nations have been slow to make.
