ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: The House of Valentino was honored by Lincoln Center on Monday (December 07) at its third annual fashion gala. Honorary president of Valentino Giancarlo Giammetti was in attendance for the festivities. "Celebration of talent, celebration of the House of Valentino," said Giammetti. The event was hosted by Lincoln Center Corporate Fund's Business Council, Women's Leadership Council, and Real Estate Council and will benefit performing arts programs at Lincoln Center. "I think Lincoln Center pretty much represents anything that is in excellence of the arts. And I think Valentino fits right in with that," said actress Diane Kruger. American designer Tommy Hilfiger said it's always important for designers to support each others. "I think these guys are some of the best in the world. I'm here honoring them and supporting an incredible empire, Valentino." Valentino creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli were presented with their honor by actress Keira Knightley. "Truly honored by this award. Thank you very much to the Lincoln Center and to the women leadership council for honoring us this evening," said Chiuri.
