ROUGH CUT - SUBTITLED (NO REPORTER NARRATION). Radical political performance artist Pyotr Pavlensky is under arrest after lighting the wooden doors of the FSB headquarters on fire. Russia's FSB security service is the successor to the KGB. The 31-year-old artist posed for this photograph just before his detention. Pavlensky has named his statement "Threat," and says it's meant to bring attention to the agency's tactics. His lawyer says he could face charges of arson and petty hooliganism.
