They're hoping to find survivors, but as the hours pass, it becomes more likely that what they'll find... are victims. At least five people were killed and eight injured when the four-story structure came down in the western part of the city. Prem Babu and his family were in the building when it happened. (SOUNDBITE) (Hindi) A SURVIVOR, PREM BABU, SAYING: "We were a family of seven - three boys, two girls, me and my wife. My wife died at night. One of my daughters is still missing." Local media blame the collapse on construction work on a nearby sewer line. Opposition politicians say corrupt city officials approved the permit. A leader of India's ruling B-J-P party is vowing to punish any officials who failed to follow proper procedures. Meanwhile, as politicians debate the cause of the tragedy, the rescuers continue their grim work.
