ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Obama wants to make it easier for students to pay back their student loans. He visited Georgia Tech on Tuesday to talk about a "student aid bill of rights" which he says will make the process of repaying students loans easier. "Higher education has never been more important, but it's also never been more expensive," Obama said. More than 70 percent of U.S. students who graduate with a bachelor's degree leave with debt, which averages $28,400.
