June 10 - All eyes are on former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, as she launches her book tour and meets with fans -- a possible prelude to a 2016 White House run. Vanessa Johnston reports.
Hillary Clinton kicked off her book tour in New York City Tuesday. At least a thousand people lined up outside the Barnes and Noble bookstore. Many see her latest book "Hard Choices" as a prelude to a campaign for the 2016 presidential election. Clinton says she will make up her mind about a run after the November congressional elections. This mother and daughter said they would champion a Clinton presidency. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SUSAN KELLMAN, SAYING: "Because I think she going to make a real difference. I think she really speaks to the people. I think she is just going to be a great president." (SOUNDBITE) (English) MIA KELLMAN, SAYING: "I think she is a great role model, especially for girls my age. And I don't know being in college, this is my first time.. the election will be my first time voting. And I will 100 percent vote for Hillary if she announces. (SUSAN KELLMAN - OFF CAMERA SAYING "When!") When she announces her candidacy." Many inside the bookstore said they began waiting in line to meet Clinton on Monday night.
