TV AND WEB RESTRICTIONS~**NO ACCESS TURKEY*~ Call it the calm before the storm: Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan shakes hands with the head of the Turkish Bar Association. Once the Chairman takes the stage he taunts the Prime Minister saying "Is there something wrong with my speech Prime Minister?" Erdogan complains that the talk has gone on too long. (SOUNDBITE) (Turkish) CHAIRMAN OF THE UNION OF TURKISH BAR ASSOCIATION METIN FEYZIOGLU SAYING: "I am done. I am done. I am done. But I will not finish my speech without stressing another point, and those whose hearts have turned into stone might lash out at my words as they have done in the past." Erdogan turns to the President sitting next to him saying "Why should I stay here? How could there be such rudeness." It was an unusual outburst even for Erdogan, Turkey's most popular leader in a half-century, whose tough talk is part of his appeal for many Turks. Erdogan storms out as tensions mount with his political foes after bitterly contested local elections in March won by Erdogan's party.
