Chaos on the streets of Beirut as the city responds to a deadly explosion. Witnesses say the blast killed at least three people and wounded about 20. The blast happened in the Shi'ite group Hezbollah's southern Beirut stronghold. Charred cars lie twisted and blackened and the balconies and facades of several buildings appear crumbled to the ground. Emergency workers rushed victims to a local hospital where more crowds gathered The Lebanese capital has been hit by a series of bombs in recent months. One blast last week killed a former minister and political adversary of Hezbollah.
