QUALITY AS INCOMING A crater stands like an open wound in Syria after what activists say was a scud missile strike by government forces. At least 35 people were killed in the attack in a residential neighborhood in Raqqa earlier this week, according to the rebel-led Syrian National Coalition. Children are among the wounded in a conflict that has already cost the lives of more than 100,000 people The video, which can not be independently verified by Reuters comes as world powers are preparing for another round of peace talks early next year. Syria said Wednesday that Western countries that demand that President Bashar al-Assad step down should either stop "dreaming" or forget attending the peace talks.
