At least three people are dead, including a civilian, after a suicide bomber detonated a car loaded with explosives in front of police headquarters in eastern Jalalabad city Saturday. At least six other people were wounded in the blast. So far no one has claimed responsibility for attack. The incident comes day after U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Kabul, Afghanistan to advance negotiations with President Hamid Karzai on a bilateral security pact.
