ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Washington was rocking on Saturday (January 19) with a concert honoring military families and their children that featured several A-list talents including Katy Perry, Usher and others. The "Kids' Inaugural Concert" was lively and relaxed, attracting hundreds of children and hosted by First lady Michelle Obama and the Vice President's wife: Jill Biden. Katy Perry performed several songs in a patriotic red, white and blue outfit, while pop star Usher started off the evening with his hit song "Yeah". Other acts included Far East Movement, Mindless Behavior, and iLuminate which performed a glow stick dance to The Wanted's Glad You Came.
