The fate of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak had many in Alexadria riveted to their screens--- determined not to miss one frame of the former leader in court. His sentence --life in prison --- was greeted with cheers...at least initially. SOUNDBITE: Ahmed Abdel Kareem saying: "The ruling against Mubarak was correct. And the judgment against al-Adli was 100 percent correct. But the judgment against Mubarak's two sons was wrong. Why? Because they should have been sent to jail. They should have been given seven or ten years." In Cairo --- some felt Mubarak got off easy --- that nothing less than a death sentence would be acceptable. They vented their anger outside thecountry's high court. Mubarak was convicted, earlier in the day, of involvement in the killing of hundreds of demonstrators during last year's uprising.
