Mitt Romney cruising to victory in Florida he's clearly regain the front runner status -- Newt Gingrich and things are looking good for him in the weeks ahead. He's favored to win in Nevada on Saturday he'll probably do really well because that's that -- that. Gingrich is gonna have to hang on until Super Tuesday in March 6 in the doing and if you southern states and still stay viable. But here's the interesting thing Gingrich vows he's gonna stay in the nominating race until August. We are -- to contest every place that we are going to win. Gingrich resigned from congress and disgrace. Romney here his allies launched volleys and volleys of negative advertising taking action Gingrich responded with harsher attacks on Romney. He's -- Massachusetts moderate I was on the Massachusetts liberal. And he's increasingly appealing to the grassroots to reject the big money if Romney's campaign. Senior Republican officials worry that long drawn out primary could be bad for the party and lead to a weakened candidate well. But a lot of strategists I talk to say that this is actually good thing is it'll toughen up the eventual nominee for the inevitable showdown against Obama. For Reuters I -- Andy Sullivan.
