The Company operates through its subsidiaries: Jersey Shore State Bank (JSSB) and Luzerne Bank (Luzerne) (collectively known as the Banks); Woods Real Estate Development Company, Inc.; Woods Investment Company, Inc., and The M Group, a subsidiary of JSSB.
