PM's office says Brexit will happen on October 31
A bill demanding that Prime Minister Boris Johnson delay Britain's withdrawal from the EU on Oct. 31 if he cannot get a divorce deal becomes law but his office insists that Brexit will happen by that date, "no ifs and buts".
