Results are not comparable as the Company has changed it's fiscal year end from June to December. The Company owns and operates Ombrina Mare oil and gas field. The Company has a portfolio of exploration projects, which include the Maltese acreage and the Monte Grosso prospect in the Basilicata region of Italy. The Company’s subsidiaries include Malta Oil Pty Limited, Medoilgas Italia S.p.A and Medoilgas Civita Ltd. As of December 31, 2008, it owned 25% interest in the Teboursouk permit in Northern Tunisia. MOG holds an 11.154% working interest in the Grenade Oil Field, France.
